Grooming Services
We charge according to your pets’ size as well as the condition of coat, at the time of groom. Prices may vary for each visit depending on how the dog behaves during the grooming session.
Size - Is at the groomer’s discretion - based on weight, body and length of the dog’s legs.
Condition of Coat - Is at the groomer’s discretion. Tangles, knots and matting takes time and expertise to remove.
X-Small (5kg & under) - Mini-Dachshund, Chihuahua, English Toy Spaniel, Mini-Pomeranian...

Small (5 - 10kg) - Maltese, Shihtsu, Toy Poodle, Terriers, Westie, Bichon, Shnauzer...
Medium (10 - 20kg) - Long legged Cavoodles, American Staffy, Spoodle, Cocker Spaniel, Smaller Collies...
Large (20 - 45kg) - Labradoodle, Larger Boarder Collie, Huskie, Standard Poodle, Labrador, Golden Retriever...
X-Large (45kg +) - Old English Sheepdog, Grey Hound, Boxer, Irish Wolfhounds, Groodle, Larger Poodle and any dogs with Giant body mass, head & long legs.
Giant (65kg +) - St Bernard, Great Dane, Irish Wolfhound, New Foundland...
- Wash & Dry (including claw trim and ear clean): $45 - $80

- Tidy-up – Wash, dry, claw trim, minor fur trim and ear clean - from $65 - $115

- Raking/De-shed (long hair breeds) - includes wash, dry, ear clean,
claw trim and brush...minor fur trim upon request - from $75 - $150

- Full Groom – Wash, dry, claw trim, ear clean, de-matting, facial fur styling and all over fur clip - from $95 - $195

- Puppy Groom (must be min 12 weeks old, up to 11 months) - includes wash, dry, claw clip, minor face, hygiene and paw trim...excess fur trim upon request at extra charge - from $50 - $65

Aftercare dog minding – If you cannot pick up your pooch immediately after the appointment, we are happy to mind them short term in our pick-up bay.

Depending on the length of time they are waiting, will determine the price. Must not be as long as 'half day' (3-4 hours / see DOGGY DAY-CARE tab).

Doggy Day-Care
Prices: must be pre-paid and booked in advance
Monday to Friday only – Excludes public holidays
Half Day (play-date 3 – 4 hours): Perfect for socialising with other dogs and taking a break from home - $35

Full Day (7:30am – 6:30pm): We can take care of your dog or puppy while you are at work or just have a busy day - $55

Weekly - Five Days: Weekly package available for full time workers (discounted rate) - $210
​
Monthly: Package for full time workers (discounted rate) - $700

Overnight Stay & Boarding
Your pooches are guaranteed a paw-some stay with our professional, dog-loving staff.
We offer overnight stays, or longer holiday stays. We are happy to accommodate for all dog sizes, breeds and ages and provide the love and attention for their entire stay.
Peak season:
One night - $90, two plus nights - $80/night, one week or more - $75/night

Off-peak:
One night - $80, two plus nights - $75/night, one week or more - $70/night
​
Your pooch will stay at our Jindalee location throughout the day and overnight, in our gorgeous daycare space.

For bookings of more than one dog, a discount will be applied.

There are numerous physical and psychological benefits to owning a clean, healthy pet. These including reduced stress levels, improved physical fitness and an increase in overall happiness.
For owners, a pet is often an extension of themselves and commonly regarded as a member of the family. Having a spot for your furry friend on the couch or in bed is comforting for both of you.
Why you don't want an unclean pet...

Your dog spends a large quantity of their time outdoors running, chasing, sniffing and eating who knows what? Over the course of a day, they are exposed to a multitude of different environments and situations that could result in them contracting unpleasant parasites who also become your bed-buddies.
Unwanted passengers include: hookworm, ringworm, roundworm, fleas, mites, pollen and staph infections. Add to this the fact that having a long-haired pet can lead to excessive shedding and a subsequent build-up of fur and allergens on your blankets and you quickly realise the importance of keeping your pooch clean and healthy.
At Fluff and Fur, we offer a variety of services which help to keep your pet in tip-top condition, allowing both of you to enjoy a peaceful night’s sleep.

Policies
Our policies are subject to Fluff and Fur management’s discretion for each circumstance.
Our Prices – We charge according to your pets’ size as well as type of coat and style of clip. Prices may vary for each visit depending on the condition of your pets’ coat and the style of clip.
No Shows – If you do not show up for your appointment, you will be charged the FULL PRICE of this visit on your next visit. If you do not show up to your appointment within 30 minutes from the appointment time, this will be considered a NO SHOW.
Cancelations – Please advise us within 24 hours of your appointment if you need to cancel.
Late Arrivals – If we agree to accept your pet after your appointment time, your appointment will incur a late acceptance fee of $20 per 15 minutes.
Late Collections – We expect you to collect your pet within 15 minutes of our message to you of their completion. Any pets collected after this time frame will incur a minding fee. If you pick up your pet after our closing time, you will incur a late fee of $25 per 15 minutes.
Difficult Dogs – Those dogs that require more than one groomer due to the dog's difficult behaviour, which does not improve on subsequent visits, will incur a $40 difficult dog fee. Grooming will be at the discretion of the business owner or manager and will be completed to the best of our abilities for the dogs’ safety and comfort.

We do not accept aggressive dogs. Our staff's safety is a priority.
